Most will have some sort of trees and bushes that may need to be upkeep, and there are also spaces in between that could accumulate trash and garbage if you do not have someone monitoring it. There are some types of junk that may actually be pretty hard to deal with since they could excrete some potentially hazardous stuff when moved or disposed of incorrectly. Appliances may be the most common culprit of this, but really any garbage and waste could have something hidden in them that needs to be thrown out a certain way. Some common items include many of the smaller appliances such as microwaves and laptops, most items with batteries or even just batteries on their own.
Also paint and painting materials are items that need to be taken to certain locations to break them down in a way that is not harmful for the environment. Most of these items we can handle, but there are very rare times in which something may be needing extra care from a more specialized company.
